Need a blog commenter - PR doesnt matter,quality does

Hi,
My regular blog commenter has not shown up since days now.And i need this done soon...so i am looking to hire another person to do this work.Here is what is needed:-

->Comments should be only on related blogs
->All links should be made using given anchor text and must be ********.
->No spammy auto approve list from dp to be used.OBL should be low on commented page (10-15)
->Comments should be on unique ips
->All comments should be atleast 75 words long and unique.
->Detailed excel report in the end with link to the exact commented page
->PR doesn't matter as long as it satisfies above criteria.
->Regular work for the right candidate.
->Obviously 100% manuall service needed.

I will pay only for approved comments.Payment will be made via paypal.After you submit the report and i verify your work.

Niche will vary from project to project.So you must be comfortable with a variety of niche.

Will start with around 20-25 comments.Post here your rates or feel free to PM me.

Also mention time you will need to complete 20-25 comments.
