Yes, you can import as many video files as you want and stick them together. You can also overlay text and images (for your watermark). Its not fancy but it will do the job if you're in a pinch.

Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, AVS Video Editor, Sony Vegas Pro
I used AVS some time ago, it's small and light as compared to other tools. Now I use Adobe Premiere Pro and Sony Vegas Pro. If AVS doesn't work for you then use Adobe Premiere Pro or Camtasia studio.

Camtasia rocks, haven't been able to find a cracked copy since I got new comp though but if I could choose whatever video editing software I want that one is my favorite.

I only used it for basic stuff but it did all the bells and whistles I needed. I actually thought it was paid software when I first used it, pretty complete. The youtube publishing function was broken on mine though, I had to publish to youtube using the YT uploader.
