need a big help with building a bot pls

hey guys, I'm working on building quite a simple bot but don't have the right thought of how to do it (I'm also not strong at programming yet so I can't do it that way).

I want to build a bot that check my inbox mail, and when it recognizes that an email was received, it opens it, gets the email address inside (the sender's email), goes to a certain website of mine and puts that email somewhere in the website.

Now, from what I know it's not a complicated bot to build. I have iMacros and WinAutomation, but couldn't really figure out how to do this right.

pls, this thing will help me a lot. I'm stuck with the progress only cause of this.
