Need a Baidu Account

Hey guys. I'm trying to get a baidu account, so I can dl some stuff.
After searching the web, it seems that the ways to get one are obsolete, with a foreign phone number.
(my number is from Portugal with the prefix +351, and they don't have it on the foreign sign-up.

Any ideas??

there is an english site too/foreign accept baidu too, but ull need a wechat or qq account to sign up as the sms system doesnt work at all. and to get a wechat/qq account, u cant use those pay sms systems because they dont work either!
so what im trying to say is, give up.
