Need a automatic search bot for Google and Yahoo

Recently I am dealing an Google Suggest manipulation project which would need a software to search in Google and Yahoo automatically.
We are willing to pay if anyone would like to develop the tool for us. Here is a list of functions we would like to achieve:


- Allow us to input a list of keywords to search
- Allow us to input the number of times of search for each keyword

- Truly random search, including order of keyword to search and time interval between search
