Maybe to make the accounts there are so many other variables the OP doesn't want to go through such as proxies. Or obviously, he doesn't have the time.

why do people need so many gmail accounts? I'm a newbie and I'm just wondering how gmail accounts can be used!

Hey Botwiz,
I'm just getting my G-mail creation services up and running.
But for this amount of g-mails, I doubt you'd be paying anywhere under $4000 a day.
Just sayin,
Please Note: This isn't a quote, I won't be able to bulk create g-mail accounts for a good few weeks.
