need 500-1000 proxies/day everyday

Hi,
I need hundreds of shared proxies per day for very minimal use--Each one to use to fill in a form and then I guess 1/3 of them to sign up for 3 email accounts. The thing is that I can't spent 10 of cents on each one. I can spent about $100 per month. Any ideas/takers?
