I am looking for somebody who has a tool that signs multiple accounts to a link (i will provide the ref link)

i can do this with captcha integrated.
i can do email verification too .pm me.This will cost atleast 100$
 
how about this, signups dont have to be from different ips, just different emails!!!
 
thats not how it works. No one pays for fake sign ups. Thats called fraud not affiliate marketing.

wouldnt referrals from different ips considered fake signups as well?
