So you vid is 12 mins long, you need 4 or more mins of watch time, and How many views do I need if 4 mins or more watch time required. You can have 1 person watch the video 1 time for 5 mins, the next person watch it for 6 mins, the next 4 mins 5 seconds, etc, and that is how many views you will have.
As watch time is based on how long each person watches your video not the # of views divided by the watch time eached watched, as far as I understand.
