I assume you can make websites if you have hosting and seo tools. So here is the best idea I can give you, hit the pavement or cold call local businesses in your area and build them a website, check out the offline marketing section for more information on these methods. You can easilly make $200 from one business, with one website. And it is easier to sell that to them than you think because quite frankly $200 for a functional website is an excellent deal. Basically you just need to show them how much value you can offer them by having a nice website. You can also charge them each month for continuing adding content aswell as using your seo skills.

The best way to find clients is with keyword research using your town name and keywords you think would be popular IE: town-name golf, town-name restaurants. This in my opinion is the quickest way to start making money you just need the drive to go out today and start jumping into random businesses and talking with the owner. Good luck.
