first you should sign up to a cpa network (go to the cpa section to find one).
next you can make free landing pages at http://www.manteya.com/freesqueezepagemaker/
and after that create a twitter account and tweet #teamfollowback #autofollow #500aday, etc EVERYday (this is by far the FASTEST and easiest free way to get thousands of followers). Now you need to tweet the trending topic with your cpa offers (trending topics are on the side panel of the home page, example #fububack is a trending topic right now). Use this account as a source of traffic for your cpa offers (you will make atleast $10 per day if your persistent with this method). Also, if this method doesnt turn out how you want it to, join a twtmob.com, they pay per every tweet (the more followers you have the more they pay).
