Need 2 Sites Built

Can someone Here Possibly Build me 2 websites that have the following.

1. Professional Site, needs to Exude Professionalism, Kinda Techie but not over the Top, maybe a Flash Header and a Simple Flash Intro With Good Music.

2. It Needs to Have the Following Tabs or Buttons to Place My Different Offers.
Such as
(A) CPA Offers Page
(b) Affiliate Offers Page
(c) Opportunity Offers Page
(d) About Me Page
(e) Contact Me Page

3. Skype Button (Main Page)

4. Live Chat Button (Main Page)

5. A Video of Me Placed at the top to Welcome Viewers. (Main Page)

6. A Picture of My Family and I at the Bottom. (Main Page)

7. And a Image that will display Icons from all My Social/Video Sites such as Youtube, Twitter, Myspace, Facebook, Friend Feed, Digg, RSS and I will Provide the Image if Needed. Each Individual Icon Needs to be Clickable as well so that it goes to the appropriate Page. (Main Page)

It Needs to Be Coded Properly and made SEO Ready to it's FULLEST Extent, to maximize it's Traffic Potential.

Now the 2nd Site Needs to be....

This one needs to be Built strictly for Getting Excepted by CPA ( cost per action) Corporations.

Absolutely correct.

Although that a bit steep on your price lol. I'd do it for more something around $300-$500 a site lol.

Little slow online,,, had some problems keeping Video's and channels up on youtube, so I switched to some other forms of marketing, mostly offline stuff now and it's still going good Offline.... but I'm really wanting to get into CPA stuff, just learning about it now, and eager to get the site built, so I can apply... Always looking for good streams of income..

How did you do with gifting?

I'm thinking of maybe getting in with Rob Abrams New Magnetic Gifting with either Bruce Bloomer or Charles Marshall, it's gifting still but they have a Product,,, so looking into that as well.

I have other programs I'm into as well with affiliate stuff and just other Biz ops in General, but I need 1 site now to call home for all my Programs, I'm getting tired of advertising 25 different Links..

yeh ive stopped and cpa is all I do.. i have actually taught myself this past year and finally quit my sorry ass job because of it. yeh i here ya on all the links it can be a nightmare sometimes.
