Hi all,
I'm looking to get two fairly simple things coded. They should work as stand-alone executables for Windows.
1) A Twitter scraper -- input a user account and scrape all followers of that account. Output in username format, one name per line in a .txt file.
2) Twitter ID to Username converter. Input a .txt file of User IDs and output a .txt file of their corresponding usernames.
Both should have proxy support. It would be your choice to do them either with or without Twitter API -- I would prefer without, as to avoid rate limits. But if you do work within Twitter API, proxy support should be in a sensible way, i.e. one IP's rate limit is exhausted, then the program utilizes the next proxy to exhaustion, etc. and once proxies run out the process is paused (or prematurely finished).
These are for my personal use only, and not for resale rights.
If you think you can do this (either one or both) please either PM or post here with a quote.
