Need 2 Animated Banners Made

I got 10 bucks payable via paypal to who ever can design me a couple 468x60 animated banners. I suck at them, and everytime I try just get more and more frustrated. I'll provide the artwork and sayings, just need someone who's got a little bit more skill than me.

If I like the way they turn out, payment will be made immediately.

do you mean 10 bucks each or 10 for the couple? If you mean 10 each I'm game. it takes time to create them so 10 for all is a bit too little.

Unfortunately because I'm a sucker and try just about every method I read about on here, I've drained my Paypal account to nothing. Only have 10 bucks left in it. And Ad Sense is only at 40 bucks so won't be getting a check from them for awhile.

Simple text animation & replacement on a background that changes only once. Goes from one picture to another, but 5 different sayings. ie.

picture 1
saying 1 (then disappears)
saying 2 (then disappears)
saying 3 (then disappears)
picture 2
saying 4 (then disappears)
saying 5 (Stays until animation starts over)
Repeat after 4 seconds

Unfortunately I've gotten burned by a few scammers here, so I tend to try to only deal with those individuals who have actually been around a little while. I'm not one of those people that whines about getting burned though, it's a lesson learned. In the end though if no one else wants the job, I may be in contact with you, as I really need these done so I can start marketing the site.

Still not received any reply from the dude, luckily i only ordered 4 banners

I have now received my banners that i have ordered and they look really nice. Seems urparekh had some sort of system problem which caused the delay
