from my experience, its not possible 
- your link will get blocked.
- the post will get reported.
- the post will get deleted.
- waste of $
oh - but if you have a way to avoid getting blocked / post delete , yeah it might work try 1k - 3k shares first if your link still live after those MASS SHARES. maybe you can go until 100k
