need 1000USA likes ..PLZ help

I am looking for some one who can get 1000 Hits on the like button on my page.All members must be from USA with age 20+ ...
Use any method black hat/white hat.Bots or fake members..BUt it must not harm the website.I want somebody to do it as cheaply as possible.Payment only via LR/AP..

I have complete track of likes and its ip detected ,,, so use USA proxies the likes will be counted not for usa if u use fake multiple accounts yo like
