need 1000+ likes

I'm looking for partnering with someone who can supply me with minimum 1000s of likes for my pages, however also agreeing to the following policies:
-no pay in advance
-payment for services via credit card on paypal or western union

let me know if anyone can help, pms are welcome.

I highly doubt someone will do that for no advance payment to a person with 16 posts. I would say... its just rude to ask.
