Need 1000 backlinks by Dec. 31

I'm looking for quotes from anyone who can provide 50-75 links per week between now and the end of December for a real estate website in the Caribbean.

It's a whitehat site and I would like 75% real estate sites and 25% travel/tourism/regional links. I want to pay weekly and I plan on continuing indefinitely if I see results. I want permanent links no web 2.0 as I'm already using thelinkjuicer.com.

I'm a complete noob but have been lurking for a while on BHW and have learned a lot from this fantastic community.

Any advice, info., quotes welcome.

Hi there Roberto,

I received several quotes from India, most with a value per link. i.e. $1 for pr0 $2 for pr1 etc. I'm in a country where labor is inexpensive so I hired a guy for 3 months at $300 per month to do it for me.

I have done most of the research myself, so I already have a couple of great sites where it's easy to get reciprocal links, it's just time consuming.

I did receive a quote from a BH member (bobbylove) where he guaranteed first page ranking for only $3500, I would have jumped at this a few months ago, but I've been working on this for a couple of months already (and put in 100's of hours) so I've worked the site (completely white hat) from 45 on G to now 13 for a very competitive keyword.

Where did you hire your worker from ? Outsourcing sites or through friends / social connections? How much time per day do you spend on coaching/ managing him and how much time does he spend on producing results ?

Hired through friends.

I spent about 30 minutes coaching in total. But I had already set up the accounts for link exchange sites, and put the titles urls desc. and link back page for 10 interior pages into a .doc so it's just a matter of copy and paste, completing the forms, entering the captcha, confirming the verification emails and then copying the codes for the backlinks into one document for me to add to a linkback page.

His timing, I don't know right now he's giving me a report proving 75 - 80 backlinks a week from relevant sites. No web 2.0 or blog comments.

mind if I ask you.. is link exchange site good for link building?

When you're using the free accounts it takes time as you're only allowed 5-10link requests a day. But I use several different sites and they're all pretty good. I use linkalizer, link2me, linkpartners and linkmarket.

I think Linkpartners is best because many of their exchange sites have a form that is partially filled with your info. also the autofill works on these forms which makes it quick and easy.
