Need 100 Sites

This request could be multi faceted so I will just discuss my end goal: 100 Websites with varying benign content that appear to be completely unrelated to each other.

Couple notes:

1. Project is not for SEO so content can exist elsewhere on the web, just need it to be unique from any of the other 99 sites in this particular project.
2. Content should be benign in nature: i.e. real estate, small business services.. really anything but drugs, money, gambling etc. and should shy away from marketing in general too.
3. Wordpress and/or static flat files would be preferred.
4. Each site should not be able to be associated with each other in any way but I would like to host on a single dedicated server with a some ip blocks and put it behind cloudflare to avoid racking up 100 instances at $5/per.
5. A healthy mix of different styles and feels so that the sites dont look related in any way.

How you can help / what I'm looking to buy (any combination of the following):

• Obviously, if you can provide this concept as an all in one complete package, I'm willing to pay fairly.
• A server configured in a fashion that supports what I am looking to achieve - the sites will not get much traffic at all (either containerized or web admin, whatever, as long it's enough clean ip blocks)
• A VA that could handle the site creation 1x1 start to finish.
• Existing content sites you may have (with or without traffic and I do not care if they are google slapped, blacklisted etc. since this is not for seo nor getting inboxed)
• Last resort: 100 empty wordpress installs already configured with different domains (that look like real companies/properties, not random domains with dashes&numbers) and ips.

So if you could help this project in anyway or have an applicable for sale item, please hit me up! This project is also on a time crunch (I know everyone wants everything yesterday, just worth noting I am willing to pay for this fast)
