ok -- tools such as proxygoblin - forum proxy leecher - proxy grabber
work on the basis of grabbing proxies from internal urls
now, the problem lies in the fact some url leechers dont update there links
so you often pull old proxies
also second there is never more than 3/5k working public proxies at
any given time of the day. and i personally doubt 1k will be elite
as for 10k not possible . this is why pulling more than 5/10k proxies
to test is a waste of time and testing proxies when 95/98% are dead
b4 you start testing

and if you bothered to read what the thread user wrote
something is hardly the best when it leeches 288k proxies
and no more than 3/5k will work meaning 96/97% of the list
is dead b4 you start testing..time is money and thats 283k
dead proxies from 288k wasted testing time

he is right or maybe you will have 10k elite proxies for a few seconds, next minute you will have just 9k, then after 2 minutes 8k

as a proxy seller you should no better, the only way he will get
that amount of elite proxies is private, and im saying this as a person
who has hunted public proxies for 10 yrs .
