I need 1fast private proxy only for myself forever, so provider wont be able to see my browsing nor my real ip. And can be bought with bitcoin.

I have. In privacy agreement every one of them keep your real ip. So whats the point.

If CyberGhost just provided fast private proxies that would be perfect. Because they dont keep absolutely any information about you.

Can I combine 2 VPN services or 1 VPN service with other proxy service??

Eg. this provider mullvad with identity cloaker

If you are a little bit Linux savvy (or want to learn) you can setup your own VPS on a clod server without any logging, but your name may still be known by tracing the owner of the server.

Have you looked into Tor? It is probably the only way to stay relatively anonymous online.
