i guess hostgator is the best. a bit expensive but quality wise it is top-notch.

justhost.com is 3.45/mo and they take paypal. pretty decent hosting too.

ETA: I should note that is their lowest rate...if you buy the larger package...but if you plan to be around for a bit...not a bad investment

i never tried that but definitely you can make good amount of money using their affiliate program.

but when I try to pay whit A vcc verified paypal account they say please add a credit card to your paypal .....

You didn't specify if offshore or onshore...?

Still, offshore might be more expensive then onshore.

lacehost.com $2/month pretty good, used it for about 5-6 months. Just didn't need them anymore.

Your PP account is going to need to be verified anywhere you go.

Sending and receiving funds is okay but before making online purchase, I think paypal asks for verification.

Meantime, Ipage, webhostingpad, fatcow are few hosting providers who comes in your $3.5 specs.

Dotster?s hosting plan is expensive in relation to the features they are offering with their package. For that same price you can get unlimited space, bandwidth, and emails. I think they are good as a registrar though and that what I only use them for
