Ned help driving up engagement - Journey

Hey BHW,

Little back story of myself: Years ago I use to be a Lurker when I did eBay and Blogging, but now I have finally joined! I have already gained a lot of insight from BHW and want to contribute back over time.

Anywho, I have been on Instagram for 2-3 years now. But just recently started a new niche specific one. Been up a week, posting 3-4 times a day.
Paid for a shoutout on a similar Niche two days ago.
Started running Boostgram yesterday.

Sitting at 800 Real Followers
20-50 likes per post
minimal comments on a handful of posts. I always reply back.

This brings me to my question. How can I drive more engagement on the commenting side of things?
Any insight or ideas?

Ill continue to update with different approaches and their outcomes.

If you want to have engaged followers, then you need to be engaged with them as well.

Show some love by liking the pictures of the guys that always like yours, comment on their content, reply, ask questions.. basically the more you give the more you get!

Hey Jaymien, I read a lot of your posts and was hoping you would chime in. Ha nice to meet you.

I go through and like back those repeat that like mine. Like I said I always reply to comments and have started asking what they would like to see in untrue posts.

Contest idea is in the back of my mind for when I get a better following
