Heya,

Badair here, I'm mostly in real estate (realtor). Sick and tired of paying some "pro marketer" for lead gen and just getting shit leads. Figured I can do better myself.

My plan overview is:

1. Create an effective marketing system that brings in leads for myself. Thinking my initial channels will be
   1. Website
      1. Blog - repository of my articles (probably do ads here as well)
      2. Landing/Opt-in page for some free digital deliverable (e-book or something). This page will be for people coming from fb ad.
   2. Facebook - use snippets from my blog article as posts & ads (traffic to website)
   3. Email - probably some snippets from articles (try to stay top of mind to customers/clients)
2. Once I can demonstrate this, I’ll start partnering with other realtors to work these leads.
   1. Youtube - I’ll do videos that talk about the local real estate market (for more lead volume)
   2. Linkedin - figure I’ll start campaign on LinkedIn to gather more realtors (to handle the increased lead volume)

I know a little bit about websites. I just learned about wp themes (admit it, you were there too). I’ve run a few Facebook ads. Put together a couple web hooks to input data into CRMs. I’ve setup auto SMS & email campaigns. But that’s about it. So yep It’ll be an involved learning curve.


So why BHW?
BHW clearly has the community focused on doing shit that works. When I 1st found the forum I thought it was just for nefarious hacking. Looking further into the threads, I was blown away by all the information and help. So I get the sense that pretty much whatever I want to know is already here. Just gotta know what I want and spend sometime searching/learning.
