ncansoft SocilaBot Help?

Friends bought a license yesterday Incansoft socialbot. But the stage could not figure out acoount creation. Gives the following warning. Many sites do not register. Completed in what they say I can not use.

Does anybody can explain what to do about it I wonder? Waiting for your help ...

i bought the bot and was waiting for an update that was last year so dont hold your breath. he said he would fix the bugs never did.

They're too busy producing new bots to support the old ones.
