Nav links for Latests Posts widget

I'm using a genesis lifestyle theme I got here and there is a latest posts widget on the homepage that displays recent posts from multiple categories. There is a categories nav widget that will put links to your categories at the bottom but I would like a nav menu that I saw here and they are using the same theme.

At the bottom they have next 1 2 3 4 prev links at the bottom of the latest posts section, any idea how I can add this? A widget or custom programming or maybe something already in the genesis/lifestyle theme I over looked?
