Natural traffic flow

About how long after you have worked on getting views,likes and everything else to your video should you expect to see some natural traffic flow from youtube itself? a week? two? the same day? im asking so i can monitor it well and see if i've done anything wrong...thanks in advanced

You should be getting them the next day depending on category, keyword, seo, etc. Have you done anything to them to make people want to watch or like em? Share them perhaps?
