I think its the theoptimizer.io I haven't tried them but I see a lot of people going with them and leaving solid positive reviews

There are many of them, but they are all similar in functionality
Keitaro, Binom, PeerClick, RedTrack, Bemob

I've used Binom, Bemob, Clickflare - all have been pretty solid! Currently testing Clickflare.
