What exactly Native shopping ads are, how effective are they from other formats, any using the same and whats your take on the same ?

Read up in your amazon associates about what they are. What other formats do you want to compare them to? Sure they work, but it depends on what kind of site you want to use them on. I add them at the end of affiliate reviews, information articles etc.
