Native PPC Networks That DO NOT SCAM CLICKS?!

Hey guys, I have a local website which is getting over 3k unique visitors daily, it's in my native language (so no adsense allowed), I've been searching for PPC networks that would work but with no luck so far. I've tried Adnow which is terrible. I'm tracking stats and clicks via clicky and if I were to believe that 65% of my clicks are stolen by Adnow, have you heard anything about this network? I'm trying to get accepted at MGID (which requires 30 days of google analytics and 3k daily - which I cannot provide because my website is fairly new), do you know something about IMGID? Anyway, what are some good networks without click fraud and if you can give me a few, I'd really appreciate. Thanks in advance!
