How to generate leads on Reddit for a high-risk payment service and avoid getting banned by moderators? I try to engage in dialogue in the comments, I tried to switch to DM, I don't use links, but all my accounts get banned within a couple of days. Don't know what to do anymore. Please advise me.

First of all, try just participating in discussions, leaving comments as a regular user, and get karma. When your account reaches the required level of trust, you can move on to more specialized threads. It's a long path. Good luck!
 
The Reddit community is very sensitive to financial services, especially high-risk payment services.
 
I use memes and relatable frustration posts to bait engagement, then follow with subtle solution talk.

Try to contact them and offer them some affiliate commission
 
Try aging/warming your accounts more before cold sending DMs to people.
 
You need to share valuable and pain point based content, If you do that client will dm you by themself.
 
Use one main account and stay consistent. Multiple new accounts look suspicious and get banned faster.
 
There could be multiple reasons. You should try managing a regular account and see if it still gets banned. If it gets banned, then your proxy or setup is the culprit. If the account stays alive, then you should focus on growing some karma and interacting with users instead of promoting products. You can also use one account to ask and another to answer in comments. For example, one account posts "Thanks. That's really helpful. Can I ask you a few questions in DM?" and another replies "Yeah, sure." It looks natural and other people may also send you DM. You just need to hint that you're going to offer a solution in DM. Find ways to hide it in plain sight so that it doesn't look like promotion.
 
Reddit mods are strict focus on providing real value first or you’ll get banned no matter how carefully you pitch
