Quick question. How much of an impact would the difference in "xyz company and "xyz company name inc" make. Reason I am asking is because a potential client has over 200 citations already. Half of them are "xyz company" and the other half are "xyz company inc" I have never came across this before, usually I deal with address or phone errors. I read an article on Moz saying it shouldn't have an impact and they used law firm as an example because one year a firm could be "Olson Golberg Jones" and then Mr Jones leaves so it's just "Olsen Goldberg" Before anyone calls me out for not knowing my shit, I am only posting this and asking for a second opinion because another company trying to lock him down is using this name difference as a major selling point in why they are charging so much more.
