Hey. I just did some research yesterday and saw that for local seo, not only backlinks are helping, but also NAP Citations.

    1. I have gaming hacks sites, targeting specific countries, France for example. If I don't have a business and it's just a hack ... how can I make a NAP for my site to use it on the specific sites that accepts Citations?

    2. How can I find sites that accepts citations from that country?

    Thanks a lot!

You can buy an address for your virtual office and then use that address to create citations.
whitespark.ca is a service that helps you find websites for citations.

I just got free trial, 3 results per day at whitespark citation finder. I've inserted my keyword, just been choosing the city, etc, country, it didn't find anything. Remember it's a gaming hack niche.

Well to find places that accept citations in a country, you could look for keywords that would probably result in citations like city name plumber to find possible places to create citations. If you want to try a full whitespark report but don't want to subscribe, I have a gig. Look up Whitespark on Fiverr.

Gaming keywords are not local terms, citations are useless.
