I've seen a documentary about this nano-carbon-tube.The guy who invented it said he wannit to use it to build an elevator into space. The documentary was called something like "50 years from now" or something about "50 years" .

Yup. I heard the same thing DiamonMike. As a matter of fact, I heard he already made those elevators.

That was some weird music in the beginning... but still very cool. I've heard that they are already selling this stuff in aerosol cans at hardware stores.
The second part was interesting as well. I wonder how long it will take before we start seeing paper thin, foldable tablets.
