I had a domain and hosting in Namecheap and I didn't renew them since 1 year so I can get back my domain with hosting so can I get back with topics (posts) ? or namecheap delete all them because I didn't find namecheap show for me option to renew the old hosting

it's not possible to recover your content from Namecheap but you can do that using archive.org
