Only tried their shared hosting and it's fine... but it depends on the traffic you get.

Which hosting have you used (shared or EasyWP)? As even the starter plan handles the 50k visitors/month as per Namecheap.

How is it in terms of website speed? And also, have you tried their EasyWP hosting? It seems easy to configure and faster, too (as written on the website

Every shared hosting plan on any hosting provider is crap. I have used godaddy, namecheap, hostgator, bluehost and a few local Indian companies as well. All of them are crap when it comes to handling traffic spike , initial byte time and also for scaling up/down. Once I switched to vps, all of those problems were gone. Plus if you have your own server setup, you get to choose the technology stack that you need.

I tried their shared hosting, the biggest package and it was pretty bad in the same price range i recommend shockhosting; it was much better and didn't have any trouble for the whole year i was with them, my traffic increased and i decided to move to a vps but still for that price they would be my choice for a starter website.

Around 2008-2014, I was so broke that I couldn’t afford a vps. Shared hosting was the only choice I had. After that, I made the switch; and kind of understood what it could do for me.

I've used their shared plan and everything was working smoothly since I didnìt have that much traffic.
Their support was epic too.
Things changed when I integrated my site with Ezoic, integration wasn't possible so I decided to move the site to the Ezoic hosting.

I just signed up for the free trial for test purposes. Will monitor for next few weeks before making a final decision. The installation process was smooth, only issue is not able to add SSL, created a support request. Let's see.
Here is a performance report (new website with default theme).

When I moved to their shared hosting... funny enough... I had absolutely the same problem... SSL. They fixed it.
It's a good idea... test it for yourself.
At the same time, you could use something like uptimerobot.com to monitor the uptime during the test.
