Well in that case seems you need someone who has better knowledge about servers.

In the worst case I would suggest you to export your posts, categories, pages, settings using the WordPress admin dashboard. If it's a WordPress website.

6 second is normal loading time. You need to optimize your site for minimal loading.

Are you kidding me? :D

i have tried to move my Wordpress site from shared hosting to VPS, but when i tried to import Mysql db it wont import completely... that’s why im stuck with shared hosting now

Have you tried "All in one wp migration" plugin, doesn't have any issues, always works flawlessly.

Sorry, I forgot to write "not" word. :( If you read my next sentence, I wrote to optimize the site for better speed.

The website load time should be 2 to 3 seconds, not more than that. I would like to provide some tips to decrease the website load time. You should perform the website optimization. You should optimize the images, databases, scripts because website loading depend on how heavy is your website that how much time images, databases, scripts are taking to load.

Make sure that there should be minimum redirection applied for the site. One more point is, server uptime and response speed. Your server should be maintained properly so server uptime will remain consistent and site will load properly.

Here are some more tips for you -

Make fewer HTTP requests
Use a Content Delivery Network
Optimize images
Minify JavaScript
Minify CSS
Minify HTML
Avoid / Minimize redirects
Enable gzip compression
Inline small JavaScript/CSS
Put CSS in the document head
Avoid bad requests
Minimize request size

I would NOT use vesta, its riddled with bugs, why not use cpanel on the VPS and just pay the extra 15 bucks a month? It will make your transition so much easier. If you need help, drop me a line on skype, hudsonwebservices.

If you're running WordPress you can find plugins to reduce loading time like W3 Cache
