Which site is better and I will get more other services like biz email , customer support

Both are decent and reliable, if you have this discount code, I'd go with Porkbun
 
As far as I know, both Namecheap and Porkbun provide pretty much the same basic services with domain registration — things like free WHOIS privacy, DNS management, and domain forwarding are included with both.


For DNS, honestly, you can use free third-party services like Cloudflare, which offers additional features like DDoS protection, DNSSEC, and caching — way more powerful than what most registrars offer.
 
I don't think so they are offering free email. You can use zoho for free emails, free plan supports custom domain but does not support smtp for emails.
