Namecheap Shared hosting VS hostthename?

I want to host some domains that I am experimenting with. Not a big budget project but just giving it a shot. One of them is FB clickjacking stuff. So I need a hosting that's good, cheap and won't give me problems with all the black hat stuff.
Namecheap is cheap for the first year but have never used, do they allow black hat stuff?
and I've used Hostthename in past, it was pretty good for its price but i dont know what's best out there right now.
So anyone knows any other good hosting or just tell me which one's better from these?

EDIT: I am gonna get domains from Namecheap. I heard it's not a good idea to buy domains and hosting from same place.
And I don't care about SEO stuff for these domains 'cause I plan on getting only social media traffic.

I'm using InterServer(dot)net, I don't have any problems so far.

I don't know about the black hat stuff though, will they really bother to monitor something like FB clickjacking? Probably not.

InterServer is cheap though, I got mine for about $20 bucks for the first year with a discount code.
