If you still want to get a domain name with that word from namecheap, then you can contact their support and they will register it manually for you.

But the easiest thing is to go to another registrar.

The coronavirus is not intellectual property they shouldn't block it unless the virus got made in the lab. The mainstream media and big pharma destroys freedom of speech on the internet.

in a time such as this with a global medical crisis these sorts of measures are more important than ever to stop the flow of miss information . Some freedoms are not always good things. I do agree however that big pharma destroys a lot of things and is one of the biggest challenges facing America and the world as a whole. People are stupid and selfish and so are governments but sometimes entities have to step in to make sure unscrupulous people don’t take advantage of situations like this.

Sadly communities such as black hat communities do not alway have the most moral of members so I’m not surprised to see discussions and debates of this type here to be honest.

This is to the point and those who are concerned about namecheap's decision, they have blocked the registration for that word, but if you have reason to get a domain with that word, you can contact them and get it registered manually by providing details about your plans for using the domain. Don't know if they keep checking what you use that domain for, but you can still get it.

Yes, but corona is a global pandemic and everyone is in lockdown, nothing caused these types of global lockdown. So too much vulnerable out there.
