namecheap both vps and shared hosting and dedicated servers are far superior to hostinger, namecheap and hetzner are probably two best hostings

Namecheap is the best option!
in my way the namecheap is best .because if you get some problem then they will resolve your problem in live caht

Namecheap is good for starters. But they don't offer free ssl but you could install let'sencrypt ssl.
They have a really great customer via live chat. I can immediately go to a live chat and ask about any problems and they will resolve it.
They also have dedicated and vps servers.
