Dear Reseller,

You are receiving this notification to inform you that one of your customers' domain names (mydomain) has been placed on registrar-hold due to abusive activity such as spam, phishing or other violations of eNom's terms and agreements.

If you feel that this action has been made in error, or that the abuse may have been the result of a security compromise, please contact [email protected] with any questions or concerns.

Can anyone recommend a domain company that can take the heat or social website traffic? Idc if it's overseas or whatever. Thanks

I have namecheap hosting and I have never had a problem with them so far.

must be a false alarm. contact namecheap and [email protected] to try and sort things out.

I'm pretty sure I know why, but is there any other company out there that won't give a damn and just take the heat? Thanks

Don't bump, please.

Get everything straighted out and tell them your hosting account was hacked while you were on vacation and they abused the hell out of it. Then once you get your domain back, if it's worth THAT much to you, transfer it to another registrar.

It's been several domains. I'm trying to find a domain company that won't care about social site traffic. BUMP

I've used
Code:
http://www.ccihosting.com/
before.. panama based. Never heard anything about spam or complaints. Downside is its $35 for domain registration and extra $10 for private.

Why exactly do domain companies care about social site traffic?

what do you host on your site. I don't think traffic could cause them to hold your account.

just a cpa offer in a iframe - i guess best advice is to go with some offshore hosting/domain

i tried godaddy and within 5 days they canceled my domain

That sucks man. If your content isn't legit in the sense that it's majorly against their TOS, I don't see why they are sniping you like this.

yeah i guess i'm going to go with a offshore company and see if that helps

Do alot of research before you do this.

If they fuck you over, theres no law or anything to protect you even the slightest.

Cheers and hope everything works out!

thanks for the advice

very strange - i never had problems with namecheap. two or three times they contacted me due to abuse-complaints and demanded me to use my own DNS - thats all :o)

So i still have all my domains with them but only using my own dns & hosting...

Give Internet.bs a go - domains for like $7 or something.

They are registered in the Bahama's I believe and when I WHOIS my domains with them they seem to cover my ass incredibly well - only providing a postal address in the Bahama's for contact.

No guarantees but cheap and could be a good bet.
