NameCheap Just Redesigned their Homepage and WOW!

It looks "OK". However, it'd be better if we could "view cart" without it throwing errors.

Already submitted a ticket requesting them to fix it.

What's going on with all that design changes? First, Clickbank, now Namecheap... Half-assed blog lookalike approach to a business data-driven website is a crime IMHO.

I don`t like the design at all, like some of the members mention it looks like a WP template.

Doesn't look that good. Old one was much better than this. Looks like those new premium WordPress themes coming with responsive design.

The old one looked better imo. This one looks just like another premium wordpress theme - seen a lot of them already.

They Will not looks cheap anymore . I was had to refresh to get my dashboard load lol .

It is the completely wrong design for the Users intentions.

More of a portfolio / software site than a domains.

Moral of the story: The cheaper your product the less time / page copy you need to sell it.

You don't need a full width, beautiful site like that to sell $5 domains!!

Focus should've been on speed, and clarity, of which the new theme has none.

PS:

Rant is partially due to, despite constantly ticking the "Auto renew" payment box, my hosting still doesn't auto renew, and is suspended until I manually pay (again).

The old one was way better, this looks terrible I hate it when sites use up so much screen real estate to show me a terrible picture that is way too busy. Taking up half my screen to show me an input textbox?!

This looks like it was built by a web designer who never in his life heard of "converting visitors" or split testing or anything that should be important to them.

old one was the best and people could easily understand it but now it will be complicated :( for new users

I liked old one way much better. This one is way to much bootstrap-alike like all other websites on the web.
Previous design was really much better IMHO.

Some people here have bad taste :biggrin1: Looks like a 10 yr old did the design. Looks awefull.
