I did some initial Googling but could not find any Namecheap domain renewal coupon. Do you guys know of any?

I don't there are any

I renewed a few domains with them a couple of days ago and I couldn't find anything.

I don't believe they offer coupons for renewals.

I have a few domains hosted with namecheap and have never found a renewal coupon. However if you go into your control panel at namecheap and go to transfer your domain they usually pop up an offer to renew for only $10.00 to keep you from transferring.
