I've been with them for 3 years now...and their cs always ALWAYS fix any issues I have ASAP. I'm so happy with it that I just made a post about it.

Just wondering any other service offer these kind of excellent customer service?

namecheap Is a Best Hosting and Domains Company for Me I have more than 15 Domain there, their Hosting is Very fast no jam

I use namesilo for domains and OVH , Abelohost for hosting. Support sucks on hosting, but registrar is good.

I never found another company with the same quality customer service and knowledge as Namecheap. They are the best for that.

I confirm, have been their customer over 10 years across many products and services. Their customer service is amazing. Their agents are very skilled and do not provide boiler plate responses....

Ye same here very satisfied with their customer service you cant find any faster customer support in domain & hosting industry .

I’ve seen a surprising amount of threads about Namecheap lately. They are great for domains though

I am using namecheap for over 5 years now and used everything from shared servers to VPS and dedicated ones.. When it comes to providing live chat support, namecheap takes it a step further than any other hosting provider i dealt with. Can't but agree with what others stated above.
