Many people hate Godaddy because of their non user friendly interface and not accepting paypal (without credit card).

I have paid Godaddy with Paypal and never used a credit card. Is this something new?

You just cant use paypal on their .99 .com deals.

They set some really odd rules but I guess a .99c offer and then taking outPayPal fee's doesnt leave the seller with much profit if any at all lol
