Has anybody else had a notice from Namecheap about a pharma related domain that is on Legitscript.com?

Which non-us registrars do people use for porn/pharma/warez domains?

Yeah I bought a domain that Legitscript listed as "rogue pharmacy". They took it out when I emailed them. Fast response. That's maybe is the reason why my domain is still not indexed in Google. I've sent them a reconsideration request.

but domains (warez) are harder to seize as long as youre not using trademarked names.

But for pharma, its a different story, especially with legitscript. it will be suspended on Godaddy, resellerclub, enom (and resellers inc. namecheap)) Enom has finally sold out. Enom publicly stated that would never listen to a pharm trade organization and only law enforcement which they are not. But in recent light, it looks like they caved in and is now using them.

LegitScript is a trade organization whose objective is to promote large US corporations at everyone elses expense. Ties to washington helps too.
 
Yeah Namecheap sucks. They put the sites on hold and I can't transfer them out.
 
Even after changing both links to pharmacy site outside the U.S. they said they will NOT release the hold even though it fully complies with their standards. Sucks when domain was #1 for the search term I targeted. Today I begin my full on marketing campaign for the new sites :)
 
I can vouch for internet.bs as well.
Alternatively (for extended privacy) you can look at mediaon.com. They are based in Turkey and server speed isn't fantastic but the only information they require is your email address - for both domains and hosting.
