I followed the link you provided and I had no problems I just used my personal account and got the coupon code and you have to like their page in order to get the coupon too

OK, I got it... I tried first with a fake account (with just few friends) and I got this error, but after trying with my legit account I got the code!

You acn create multiple FB accounts and multiple accounts and then buy.
Namecheap allows 1 coupon per account.
