Name this plugin = $5

Pretty much just a floating social share widget, but I love the design. Anyone know a plugin that looks similar to this or one that can at least be slightly edited to look like this? $5 to your paypal if you can help me solve this.

Wow. You have just saved me so much time. Can't believe I haven't heard of this plugin before. Wasn't able to find the the social plugin with it, but discovered like 4 other plugins that will come in handy. pm me your paypal id if you want $3

Can't reposition the icons dynamically, or even statically with this plugin.

this plugin is extremely customizable. But I have no idea how to integrate a custom icon with the actual like system (so that when someone clicks +1, it pops up the +1 posting window. All I'm able to do is use a custom icon that links directly to the social pages. No bueno. I'm not sure if there is an easy custom fix for this or if I'm doing something wrong.
