Name This Backlinking Method

For the life of me I can't seem to find this software - it might have been a detailed pdf file.

I was sure I got it from the member downloads section but can't find it.

I thought it was a software that found blogs that used a specific plugin that would allow the people who have made the most comments on a blog to change other peoples post links to their own.

For instance, say I found a blog where I guy commented 10 times and left his backlink on each comment.

If I commented 11 times on the blog I could change all of his backlinks to my own.

Surely I'm not pulling this out of my ass am I?

Please let me know if you can tell me where to find this software or pdf telling how to do it.

It's called authority loophole - taking advantage of the "top commenters plugin"

its a top commentator plugin , you can also search on google for such blogs by search something like this

keyword " Top Commentators"

or

Keyword " Most Talkative "
